Plunkett, Samuel D. 58 Gallitzin died March 7, 2017 at home. Born May 17, 1958 in Altoona the son of Joseph Sr. and Shirley (Malone) Plunkett. Preceded in death by his father on August 26, 2003 and infant brother Douglas James. Survived by his mother of Gallitzin, brother Joseph Jr. (Laura) Rochester, NY, sister Nancy (Joe) Glasgow – Gallitzin and brother Scott – Gallitzin, nephews and nieces, Paula (Jeff) Powless, Brian (Alison) Plunkett, Melanie Plunkett, Adam (Beth) Glasgow, Matt Glasgow and Fiancé Emma Steever, and Sarah Glasgow, great nieces and nephews, Connor Juliana and Harper Plunkett and Nicklas and Grace Glasgow. Sam enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, watching football and Modern Family. Member of Gallitzin Sportsmen’s and Italian Mutual Society. There will be no viewing or services.
