Kenneth "Kenny" Patz

Kenneth A. “Kenny” Patz 80, Cresson died February 18, 2024, at his home. Born November 11, 1943, in Sankertown, the son of the late John and Helena (McGuire) Patz. Preceded in death by his wife the former Donna Reed on April 8, 2006, brothers Richard, Tom, Theodore “TR”, and Donnie, sisters, Elizabeth Phister, Regina, Helena, and Margaret “Peggy” Johnston. Survived by daughters, Renee (Robert) Boyd, Patricia (William) Yahnert and Melony (Timothy) Yahnert, grandchildren, Aeric and Kenneth Boyd and Kirk and Donna Yahnert and a great grandchild, Autumn, brother of John Jr., Anna Hinton, twin brother Wayne, Rose Bradley, and Emma Myers. Kenny enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his daughters and grandkids. Kenny worked as a janitor for Boyer Candy in Altoona and St. Aloysius Church in Cresson where Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am Wednesday the Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Committal church cemetery. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 pm Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin where a vigil service will be held Tuesday.
