Angeline T. (Salpino) Capriotti

Angeline T. Capriotti 92, Gallitzin died February 12, 2018 at Just Like Home, Cresson. Born April 1, 1925 in Bennington the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Gardinelle) Salpino. Preceded in death by her husband Dante on November 10, 2015, daughter-in-law Deborah Capriotti on May 4, 2016, sisters Mary Belluomo, Rose Ratchford, Jennie Berardinelli and Lucy Rubo, brothers Oscar, Anthony and Frank. Survived by her children, Dante Jr. (Mary Walker) – Chapin, SC, Dr. Thomas – Cresson, Allen (Dolores Lutton) – Altoona, Roberta (Jim) Lowry – Stow, OH and Jeffrey (Michelle Kloceh) – Henderson, NV, grandchildren, Andrea (Scott) Kinzie, Kimberly Capriotti (Joe), Dr. Gregory Capriotti and friend Sara, Danielle (Nick) Sefchok, Loren (Brandon) Pacchioni, Angelina (Mike) Long, Veronica (Derek) Saloney, Jimmy Lowry, Sara (Brad) Weston, Deana Lowry and fiancé Laura Loht, Kelly (Brandon) Wallin, Holly Lowry and Isabella Capriotti, great-grandchildren, Baylee, Kaelab, Cameron, Lyla Rose, Nina, Liam, Vincent and baby Weston to be born in April. Angie worked as a teacher Aide for Penn Cambria and St. Patrick. A 1943 graduate of Gallitzin High School an attended St. Francis College, a member of the Gallitzin Alumni Association and organized all 50-year class reunion. She loved to cook, dancing and going out to eat. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Friday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal St. Mary Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin where a vigil service will be held.
