Betty Stafford Obituary

Betty M. Stafford 89, Cresson died September 13, 2018. Born August 4, 1929 in Gallitzin the daughter of James and Matilda (Marlett) Stafford. Preceded in death by brothers, Paul, Thomas and Donald and sister Genevieve (Sis)Conrad. Survived by her sister Dorothy Myers-Cresson and numerous nieces and nephews and longtime dear friends Violet and Frank Kowalski- Erie. A 1949 graduate of Gallitzin High School. Betty moved to Erie where she worked at Erie Technological for 28 years then retired from Erie Ceramic Arts after another 13 years. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin. Committal St. Patrick Cemetery.
