Donald E. “Duck” Green Jr. 67 St. Benedict formerly of Bellwood died May 18, 2018 at UPMC Altoona. Born February 10, 1951 in Bellwood the son of the late Donald E. Sr. and Betty J. (Murtiff) Green. Preceded in death by brothers Wayne and George and sisters, Dolly Leskowitz and Carol. Survived by sisters and brother; Donna (Jerry) Lee – Cresson, Karen Sue (Robert) Hammel – East Freedom, Mary Rhoades – Goose Creek, SC, Darryl Lee (Theresa) Green – Lemasters and Cathy Hough – Altoona and numerous nieces and nephews and special friends Fred and Diane Woods – St. Benedict. Marine Veteran of Vietnam War. Duck loved being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, anything with nature, loved working with his hands building things most of all working on his Jeep, his pride and joy. Military Rites by Cresson American Legion, Sankertown VFW and other local military organizations. A Memorial Service will be held at the First Church of the Brethren, 510 5th Ave. Altoona, Pastor Bill Peeper officiating on Saturday June 16, 2018 at 11:00 am.
