Edith (Sporio) Parison

Edith Parison, 97, a resident of Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg formerly of Cresson died October 20, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. Born September 19, 1922 in Clairton the daughter of the late Carmen and Julia (DiLorenzo) Sporio. Preceded in death by her husband Ernest Parison on July 16, 1967, brothers and sisters Tom, Pete, Fay DeRubis, Sophie Parnham, Paul and Lawrence. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law Linda and Dr. Edward Dongell – Cresson, granddaughter and her husband Dr. Diana Dongell and Dr. Donald Siddoway- Pittsburgh and grandson Dr. Brett Dongell – Altoona and great grandsons Michael and Alexander Siddoway and a sister Louise Rapacchietta – Pittsburgh. Worked in the Dietary Department of McKeesport Hospital. At the deceased request there will be no viewing or visitation. Committal will be held Saturday at 10 am at St. Clair Cemetery, Clairton.
