Margaret H. (Gelletta) Strasser

Margaret H. Strasser 97, Gallitzin died November 25, 2017 at UPMC-Altoona. Born March 27, 1920 in Gallitzin the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Molnar) Gelletta. Preceded in death by her husband Merle on Jan. 22, 2003, sons, Ronald, Donald and Kenneth, sisters, Ann Vinglas, Irene Suchta, Rosalie Rager ad brothers  Merle and Joseph. Survived by children, Richard (Jean) – Garden City, MI, Robert (Kathleen) – Gallitzin, Darlene (Tim) Longosky – Pittsburgh and Greg (Susan) – Gallitzin, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters, brothers John (Shirley) and Robert (Frances) both of Taylor, MI. Margaret enjoyed going polka dancing.  Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am Wednesday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal St. Mary Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin, PA 16641 where a vigil service will be held Tuesday.
