Priscilla A. (Sibis) Przybys 90, Lilly passed away peacefully at home June 5, 2019 surrounded by her family. Born in Lilly the daughter of the late Carl & Mary (Courvina) Campagna. Preceded in death by her husband Joseph on Oct. 24, 2009 whom she married Nov. 22, 1951 a son Ronald April 26,1979, grandson Joseph Sibis on Jan. 8,2012, sisters, Margaret Campagna, Ida Klayko, Eleanor Risko, Christina Martynuska, Carolyn Campagna and Will Campagna. Survived by her children, Marilyn (Paul) Cogan, Joseph Sibis, and Priscilla Sibis, grandchildren, Paul W. III (Kristen) Cogan, Gina M. (Mark) Snyder, John F. (Jaime) Cogan, Josh Sibis, Jason Sibis, Jessica (Josh) Stringent and Ashley Roberts Filak, great grandchildren, Ava and Paul IV, Elle and Emme, Alexander, Alexis, Maddie and Sophia. Sister of Stella Ketchissin, Leonard (Linda)Campagna, David (Joy) Campagna, Emil (Cecelia) Campagna and Carl Campagna and many nieces and nephews. Priscilla was a 1947 Honors Graduate of Lilly- Washington High School and was Salutatorian. She worked 18 years as a seamstress at the Lilly and Gallitzin shirt factories. Her hobbies included reading, baking, shopping and eating out, but her favorite hobby was supporting and attending her grandchildren and great-grandchildren activities. Was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate and Steelers fan. Her knowledge, love and guidance will be sadly missed. The memories will be treasured forever. She was an inspiration to all of her family… and truly our “Queen”. A special thanks for outstanding service from 365 Hospice. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Friday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin where a vigil service will be held Friday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Saturday at Our Lady of the Alleghenies – Chapel Catholic Church, Lilly, the Rev. Kevin Queally T.O.R. celebrant.
