William "Willie" Capotosto

William F. “Willie” Capotosto 83 Gallitzin died December 26, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born September 21, 1936 in Gallitzin the son of the late Angelo and Beatrice (Pastorelli) Capotosto. Preceded in death by brothers Hogo, Robert, Tony, Gino and infant brother Dante. Survived by brother and sisters, Fred, Mary (John) Bertocchi and Betty (Roger) Duron and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill worked as a spreader for Publix Shirt Factory. A 1955 Graduate of Gallitzin High School. A social member of Gallitzin American Legion and member of the Sons of the American Legion. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Monday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal St. Patrick Cemetery. At Bill’s request there will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
