Barbara A. “Barb” Eger 79, Cresson died August 9, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. Born April 11, 1940 in Altoona the daughter of the late John Jr. & Josephine (Hoover) Petyak. Preceded in death by a great-granddaughter Mavis Seymore, sister Rose Culley and brother, John Jr. and nephew James Petyak Jr. Survived by her husband of 62 years, David whom she married Jan. 12, 1957 and these children, Karen (Tim) Seymore, Donna (Don) Thompson, Robert and John (Suzanne), 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a brother James (Cindy). Barb enjoyed flowers especially rose bushes, birds and spending time with her family. Member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Cresson where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Tuesday the Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Committal St. Francis Mausoleum.
