Bruce P. Plunkett

Bruce P. Plunkett 75, Gallitzin, died August 4, 2022 at his home. Born April 1, 1947 in Altoona the son of the late Bruce and Stella (Szymanski) Plunkett. Preceded in death by his wife the former Mary Ann Miller on October 18, 2019 and a brother David.. Survived by his daughters, Amber Plunkett and Trevor Roberts and Mary Plunkett and Justin Kiel, grandson Dallas Kiel, sisters and brothers, Barbara (Mick) Kochara, Paul (Cheryl) Plunkett, Betty (Chuck) George and Peter (Joan) Plunkett, numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Honey Bunny. Bruce loved spending time with his grandson Dallas. Bruce was a member of Gallitzin Lions Club where he held many offices through the years, former member of the Gallitzin Sewer Authority, Polish Hall and Sportsmen’s Club. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Tuesday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal St. Mary Cemetery. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
