CHeryl "Miss Mike" Michelangelo

Cheryl A. Michelangelo “Miss Mike” 70, Gallitzin died January 27, 2020 at UPMC Altoona. Born June 20, 1949 in Altoona the daughter of the late Mark A. “Rudy” and Ida (Matteucci) Michelangelo. Preceded in death by an infant brother, Samuel. Survived by a brother Mark and fiance Paula Passanita and sister Mary Lou Healy and husband Patrick a aunt, Betty Michelangelo and numerous cousins. Mis Mike was a teacher and retired from Penn Cambria High School in 2004. A 1967 graduate of Penn Cambria High School and a 1971 graduate of St. Francis University. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends especially her dog Jigs. Member of the Ladies of the Moose- Gallitzin and St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Friday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Cresson. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or visitation.
