Carole L. Mazzetti 78 Gallitzin died April 27, 2020 at her home. Born April 10, 1942 in Gallitzin the daughter of the late James H. and Alice (Nelson) Nicholson. Preceded in death by sisters, Irma Ruvola, Aileen Paulk and Roberta Rankin and brothers Allen and George. Survived by her husband Mario whom she married Sept. 10, 1960 in Gallitzin, children Kim (Damian) Wess, Gina Mazzetti, Anthony “Tony’ (Robin), Alice (Brooks) Clements and Nicholas (Hillary), grandchildren Lauren (Kurt), Olivia, Emma, Ryan (Shelley), Talia (Jason), Tarissa and Myla, 2 great-grandchildren Emma and Alexis and also sisters, Janet Greene and Nancy Russell. Carole and her husband Mario formerly owned Carole's Confectionary in Tunnelhill, she enjoyed playing bingo, cards, going to yard sales, traveling to see her children and especially spending time with her grandkids. Due to covid-19 there will be no viewing or visitation. A Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to Gallitzin Library, Gallitzin Fire Co. or Cambria Alliance Ambulance Service in Carole’s memory.
