Cindy J. McTavish 85, Ashville died February 9, 2023, at UPMC Altoona. Born June 2, 1937, in Gallitzin the daughter of the late Francis Sr. and Kathleen (Carrig) McTavish. Preceded in death by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Francis (Dona), Raymond (Peggy), Charlie, Ronnie, Larry, Tom and Jon. Survived by her sisters-in-law, Cynthia McTavish, Linda McTavish, Patricia McTavish, Darlene McTavish, Carole McTavish, Sharon McTavish and numerous nieces and nephews, Cindy worked as a bank teller at the First National Bank and Portage Bank both of Gallitzin. A 1955 graduate of Gallitzin High School. A member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin. At Cindy’s request there will be no services. Committal St. Patrick Cemetery, Gallitzin. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
