Dolores H. "Dee" (Quinn) Nileski

Dolores H. “Dee” Nileski, 94 Gallitzin, died April 11, 2023, at her home. Born February 15, 1929, in Gallitzin the daughter of the late Hugh and Marie (O’Connor) Quinn. Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence on Dec. 9, 1979, son Eugene on March 15, 2018, infant son Carl, brothers, Don and Ken and sisters Helen Klisiewicz and Gerry DeHaven. Survived by her children, Duane, Marlene (Patrick) Crane, Beth Ann Nileski and Lawrence, grandsons, Vincent, Abraham, and Joshua. Last member of her family. Worked as a seamstress at Publix Shirt Factory, Gallitzin and as a coffee host at Sheetz for 20 years. Dee enjoyed bowling, sewing, traveling, reading mysteries, sweets, and loved babies and dogs. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am Thursday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant. Committal Amsbry Union Cemetery, Friends will be received from 9am until 10:30 am Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
