Edward K. Roudybush “Duckkiller” 66, Gallitzin died March 13, 2020 at UPMC Altoona. Born August 17,1953 in Kittanning the son of the late Vernon and JoAnn (Stewart) Roudybush. Survived by his wife the former Josie DeGol whom he married October 14, 1972 at St. Patrick Church, Gallitzin, children Diane Lee (Ray Driskel), Suzanne Riley, Edward Jr., and Vicki Roudybush (Travis Slattery), grandchildren, JoAnna Moreland, Dalton Lee, Marissa Lee, Jaden and Lauren Riley and Dominic Roudybush, brother of Mark, Daniel and Joann Miller and brother-in-law Louie DeGol and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ed worked as a trucker for himself hauling coal for Cooney Bros Coal Co., the DeGol Organization and Penna. Dept. of Transportation. Army Veteran of Vietnam War. Member of Gallitzin American Legion. Ed enjoyed gardening and loved his grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Wednesday at the Basilica of St. Michael, Loretto the Very Rev. John Byrnes celebrant. Committal St. Patrick Cemetery, Gallitzin. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 pm Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin where a vigil service will be held Tuesday. Military Rites by Gallitzin American Legion and other local military organizations.
