Elizabeth A. “Lizzy” Miller, Gallitzin died November 2, 2023 at her home. Born December 12, 1952 in Altoona the daughter of the late Roy Paul Sr. and Mary Jean (Passick) Howell. Preceded in death by her husband James of 53 years on August 20, 2023. Survived by her children, Tracey Miller (Zack Johnson), Tami Hardesty and Jimmy Jr. (Lauren) Miller, grandchildren, Tevon Miller, Elijah Miller, Brionna Johnson, Makayla Johnson, Jordin Miller, Justin Threatt, Carlee Hardesty, Kai Hardesty, Alicia, James III, Lucas and Grayson Miller, great-grandchildren, Tevon Jr., Nariah, Nelaya, Taiden, Kenzlee, and Gianna. Sister of Mary Lou (Fred) Offman, Beverly (Greg) Petyak, Francis, and Roy Paul Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews. Liz worked at the Gallitzin Library, the church and was famous for her pizza, breads, cookies, sticky buns and fudge. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Wednesday the Rev. Albert Ledoux celebrant (everyone is to meet at church on Wednesday). Committal St. Patrick Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin
