George W. Glasgow Jr. 91, Ebensburg died January 24, 2022, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born July 3, 1930, in Janesville, Clearfield County. the son of the late George W. Sr. and Mary (Stiles) Glasgow. Preceded in death by a brother Dunmire. Survived by his sister Lu An Baker and a nephew James and wife Jennifer (Cherico) Baker and their daughter Madison. George was a steelworker for Shenago, Inc. Nevele Island, Pittsburgh. Navy Veteran of Korean War. George loved listening to Polka music, keeping his cars clean, animals, dirt track races, women’s softball and was a member of Avalon Masonic Lodge 657, Bellevue. PA. A Funeral Friends will be received from 9 am until time of Service at 11 am Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin. Committal Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Cheswick, PA Military Rites by local military organizations.
