Glenna I. (Rickens) Westover

Glenna I. Westover 71, Cresson died October 19,2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born August 4, 1950, in Cresson the daughter of the late Glenn and Loydell (Stuller) Rickens. Preceded in death by parents, stepmother Wilna (Stuller) Rickens, brothers, Paul, Tom, and Jimmy and sisters Lois Moreland and Patti Carnes. Survived by her husband of 35 years Carl whom she married August 9, 1986, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and a son Jason. Sisters, Donna (Gene) Claar and Debby (Tim) McElheny, brothers-in-law Chuck Carnes, and Ed (Mary Jean) Westover, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and  great nephews. Worked as a seamstress at Publix Shirt Factory in Gallitzin. A 1969 graduate of Penn Cambria High School. Glenna loved spending time with her family, the holidays, cooking, baking apple dumplings, coloring, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. Member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Cresson where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Friday the Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Committal; St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
