Ian M. McTavish 30 of Gallitzin died August 25, 2018 at his home. Born December 28, 1987 in Altoona the son of Jon and Carole (Klisiewicz) McTavish. Surviving are his parents, sisters, Lori (Don) Layo – Cresson, Lisa (Clayton) Spencer – Coupon and Sara (Jason) Davis – Roswell, GA, nieces and nephews, Tylor, Liam, Jonathan and Nora Layo and Taylor and Nyles Davis and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ian loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and was very involved with his religion, interested in politics, like to read and debate history and walks in the woods. Ian was a HR Specialist for Ricoh in Pittsburgh. A 2006 graduate of Penn Cambria High School, Mount Aloysius College, Cresson and received a master’s Degree in Human Resources from St. Francis University, Loretto.
