James “Butch” Clossin Jr. 63 Palm Springs, CA formerly of Gallitzin died August 7, 2022, in New Mexico. Born June 17, 1959, in Altoona the son of James Sr and Sara (Harker) Clossin. Preceded in death by a brother-in-law Joseph Lidwell. Survived by his husband, Ryan Tinn, parents, sisters and brothers, Lynne Lidwell, Peggy (Chuck) Templon, Thomas (Arla) Clossin and Lisa (Joel) Vinglas, sister-in-law Karen Tinn and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Worked as a Financial Aide Director for UPMC Hospital. A 1977 graduate of Penn Cambria High School. Butch collected antique Christmas ornaments, enjoyed doing crafts and sang in the church choir. He also participated in shows at the Cresson Lake Playhouse and the Madrigals at Mount Aloysius College. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin. Friends will be received from 11 am until time of funeral service at 1 pm the Rev. Albert Ledoux officiating. Committal Resurrection Mausoleum, Gallitzin.
