Leroy J. “LJ” Prosser 70, Gallitzin died January 21, 2021 at his home. Born April 25, 1950 in Lilly the son of the late Leroy “Red” and Emma (Williams) Prosser. Survived by his wife the former Jackie Dillalogue whom he married July 24, 2007 and these children; Jami (Brenda) Prosser, Jessica (Fred) Wyland, Nathan (Meghan) Dillalogue, and Ryan (Cassie) Biter, grandchildren; Trevor, Tyler, Macy, Trent, and Tanner Prosser, Marshall Wyland, and Ivy Dillalogue, sisters, twins Debbie (Bill) Lucas and Danielle (Terry) McCully, Denise McDermott, Doreen (Ray) Gregorchik, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Retired from Norfolk Southern as a Foreman. A 1968 graduate of Penn Cambria High School. LJ enjoyed visiting/hunting with Marshall, riding his Harley, hunting, breakfast club at the Penn Ave, going to camp and an overall love of life. Member of the Italian Club, Cresson, Social Member of Loretto American Legion and John White American Legion, Patton and Slovak Club, Patton.
