Patrick "Patsy" Burk

Patrick R. “Patsy” Burk, 83, a resident of Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg formerly of Gallitzin died January 31, 2021 at the center. Born July 7, 1937 in Tunnelhill the son of the late Patrick and Mary K. (Huff) Burk. Preceded in death by his wife Donna on June 6, 2019, sons, Patrick Jr. “Duke” on March 18, 1987 and Randy on Feb. 10, 1990, grandson Dwight in 1985 and sisters, Becky, and Connie. Survived by his daughter Donna “Chick” (Hank) Colyer a daughter-in-law Laurie Burk, grandchildren Rick Sieg and Nicole (Chris) Stearns and great grandsons Brody and Cage Stearns. Brother of Jane O’Donnell, George (Claire) Burk, Howard “Gig” Burk, Linda Wise, Gail (Jim) McGarry, Mary Joan (Jim) Aungst and Debbie Ritter. Patsy worked at SKF. Army Korean War Veteran. Member of Gallitzin American Legion, Gallitzin Sportsmen’s, Camp Bell, Huntingdon, He loved to hunt and fish. Member of the Cresson C&MA Church. Friends will be received from 10am until time of Funeral Service at Noon on Wednesday February 3, 2021 at Gibbons Funereal Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin, PA the Rev. Gary Shingler officiating.
