Pearl (Nickol) Fishel

Pearl Fishel 89, Gallitzin died June 24, 2018 at UPMC Altoona. Born December 18, 1928 in Gallitzin the daughter of the late Andrew and Susan (Schoenfeld) Nickol. Preceded in death by sisters, Eleanor Wilson, Margaret Kozinski, Velda Parks, and Elaine, brothers, George, Robert, Andrew, John, Wayne, James, Loraine and Gary. Survived by her husband Howard whom she married October 15, 1962 and sons, Christian – Bellefonte, Timothy (Tracy) – Syracuse, NY and Eric – Altoona, grandchildren, Vanessa, Christian Jr., Garrett, Steven and Samantha and a sister Edi (Gene) Gargon – Salix. Pearl enjoyed her grandchildren and was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Lilly where Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10am Friday Pastor Walter Startzel officiating. Committal Union Cemetery, Gallitzin. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 pm Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin
