Robert J. Bono 91, Cresson died November 29,2020 at Magee Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Jan. 9, 1929 in Revloc the son of Salvo and Susan (Casseri) Bono. Preceded in death by his wife the former Catherine “Kush” Finklestine on June 20, 2006 and a brother Joe. Survived by his sons, Richard (Connie Walters) with whom he resided and Robert (Pam Long), grandchildren Richard (Jenny), Abby, Ally (Ryan Link-fiance), Chrissy (Denton), Suze, Bobby (Brittany) and Joey, great-grandchildren, Danika Bobby D. and Brody Brother of Catherine Rose, Gloria Bono, Mario and Evelyn (Babe) Klink and brother and sister in law Martin and Christine Finklestine. Army/ Air Force Veteran of Korean War. Bob was a life member of the Ashville VFW. He enjoyed walking and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. Member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Cresson. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin, the Rev.
