Theresa (Kroskey) Feltenberger

Theresa Feltenberger 78, Gallitzin died March 13,2020 in Altoona due to medical complications. Born Jan. 18, 1942 in Tunnelhill the daughter of the late Charles and Marjorie (Plowman) Kroskey. Preceded in death by Linda Eger. Survived by her husband of 58 years Donald whom she married July 1, 1961 at St. Patrick Church and in recent years her role was taking care of her husband, she did so proudly, never wanting to ask for help, also a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Bonnie Feltenberger and only granddaughter and her husband, Dana and Ricky McCloskey, brothers Dwayne and Joseph Kroskey and numerous nieces, nephews, cousin and friends that will dearly miss her. She spent most of her life caring for the mentally challenged at Ebensburg Center and always talk about how much she loved doing it for more than 25 years. After retirement you could find her a numerous bingo’s and train shows with her husband, going out to eat, over decorating for every holiday, going to family reunions and taking pleasure in the time she spent with her only son and granddaughter. Anything she did, you would find her husband always by her side. Her goofy personality was sure to draw you in. She had the most caring, kind and wise soul. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Monday and 9am until time of Funeral Service at 10am Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin. Committal St. Patrick Cemetery. Donations can be sent to the funeral home to help with expenses.
